Paul Wynns, CEO of Flex Air, is a former Naval Officer with over 20 years of experience, including a tour as the Naval Aviation Training Operations, and Procedures Standardization (NATOPS) officer for all Navy S-3B Viking pilots, world-wide. His academic credentials include an M.S. in Aeronautics & Astronautics from Stanford and an MBA from the University of California, Rady School of Management. Flex Air Flight School has been recognized as an AOPA Distinguished and Military Friendly® Flight School. It operates both Part 61 and Part 141 flight schools with locations in Kansas City, Manhattan, KS and San Diego CA. The school welcomes all those who want to get flight training, but specializes in helping veterans even with no flight experience become commercial pilots. Flex Air is VA benefit approved and is a DOD SkillBridge Partner.
