We train and hire our Certified Flight Instructors (CFIs) because we are confident they have received top quality training. Ultimately, CFIs build flight time teaching students and then move on to the airlines once they meet hiring requirements. Graduating from Flex Air as a CFI puts you in the best position possible. Also, consider that no company in America can guarantee a job. Even if you are hired, there is no guarantee you will maintain the job. Although we hire many of our graduates, job offers are based on individual attributes, performance, and demand.
