What are the general policies and procedures for flight operations at Flex Air?

The Flex Air Standard Operating Procedures contain policies and procedures applicable to all Flex Air flight operations. Each participant in flight operations is responsible for complying with all policies and procedures outlined herein. All participants are required to adhere to FAA regulations at all times.
