How many flight instructors does Flex Air Flight School have?

Flex Air maintains a maximum 6 to 1 ratio of full-time students to instructors.

Flex Air Flight staffing is responsive to demand and we normally employ a 6 or more flight instructors per base at any given time. Our preferred student-to-instructor ratio at each base is no more than 6 full-time students for each instructor.

We preferentially hire our own students after they have passed their CFI and CFII checkrides.
