Flex Air Flight Operations Restrictions and Limitations
Flex Air enforces several restrictions and limitations on flight operations to ensure safety and regulatory compliance:

Regulatory Compliance:
- All pilots, renters, students, and instructors must comply with FAA regulations at all times. Deviations are allowed only in emergencies or for safety reasons.

Authority of Pilot in Command:
- The Pilot in Command has the final authority on the safe operation of the aircraft and is responsible for the success and safety of each flight.

Flight into Known Icing:
- Flex Air aircraft are not certified for flight into known icing conditions. Pilots must ensure they are properly prepared for each flight and aware of weather conditions and personal limitations.

Active SIGMETs:
- Flights within the boundaries of an active SIGMET (Significant Meteorological Information) are prohibited.

0:0 Takeoffs:
- Although permitted by FAA Part 91, 0:0 visibility takeoffs are not allowed in Flex Air aircraft.

Extreme Temperatures:
- Aircraft dispatch is prohibited under the following temperature conditions:
- At or above 100°F (37.8°C)
- At or below 20°F (-6.7°C).
- Aircraft dispatch is prohibited under the following temperature conditions:
