How much is the monthly rent?

All Flex Air housing is in 2 or 3 bedroom apartments. Students may have their own room or share a room. Bathrooms are shared.  The rent is as low as $800 per month in Manhattan, KS and $1500 per month in Kansas City. You must pay your first months rent in addition to your refundable security deposit before you move in.
