What happens upon disenrollment?

  • For disenrollment and refund requests, we require you to notify us in writing at support@goflexair.com
  • Unused funds will be held for 30-90 days to ensure account settlement before your student account is closed out and funds are refunded.
  • Refunds can be processed via PayPal, Zelle, through your credit card, or returned to your loan provider. Let us know your preferences in writing at support@goflexair.com
  • Loan funds require written permission from the lender before processing cash refunds directly to the pilot.
